Most are cash only
All are pay up front; go to the window and give the attendant some cash; pump your fuel; the pump will shut off when you reach the amount you gave them; return to the attendant for any change

I set "Rif Fort" as the destination
As you go around the Rif Fort circle, look to your right along the inlet in front of the vendor tents. If there are spots there, park in that lot; otherwise continue around the circle back the way you came and park in one of the lots as you exit the circle across the road from the Aqualectra building

Be aware that some do not give the right of way to the car in the circle. Occasionally the right of way is given to the car entering the circle. Pay attention to the yield signs!
